Registration & Admission: Students’ names are accepted typically during August or September. The specific dates are communicated through the school notice board and website. Admission to other classes is conducted in March, subject to availability, age criteria, and the child’s merit. Notifications for admission to Class VIII are issued around March or April, or after the announcement of Board results.
Withdrawal: Before withdrawing a pupil from school, it is necessary to provide one month’s written notice or pay one month’s fees in lieu thereof. The Transfer Certificate will only be issued once all outstanding dues are settled. Fees are non-refundable once paid.
School Calendar: The academic year at the school commences in the first week of April and concludes in the fourth week of March.
School Hours:
- Nursery to Class II-8:25 am to 12:30 pm
- Classes III to VIII-8:25 am to 2:35 pm
Weekly Holidays: Saturday & Sunday
Office Hours: The school office is accessible to parents from 10 am to 4 pm on all working days, including the first and second Saturday of each month.
Attendance: Every student is required to maintain regular attendance. In the event of illness or unavoidable circumstances, a formal leave application must be submitted to the Principal or Vice-Principal. If the absence is due to illness, a medical certificate should be provided along with the leave application.
Parental Communication: Active involvement and ongoing support from parents are essential for the holistic development of their children. Parents are encouraged to enforce regularity and discipline and stay informed about their child’s progress. They should routinely review the school diary, paying particular attention to teacher remarks and circulars. Attending Parent-Teacher Meetings, held regularly throughout the year, is also expected to discuss their child’s performance, difficulties, or any other concerns. Parents are expected to play an active and supportive role both in their child’s education and in the school community.
